About me
As a Public Services Associate I, I utilize the Alma library management system in order to manage patrons’ fines, holds, and loans and assist library patrons through phone calls, desk interactions, and online chats to ensure they have a positive and informative library experience. I also serve as the Marketing Lead for our Popular Reading Collection, in which I manage the creation of 5-6 book displays a year, showcasing books chosen from the library's catalog that match that month's theme.
